Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags or labels.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item with the RA number and send it back to the address provided. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return, and our customer service team will assist you with the exchange.

  • Exchange eligibility: The item must be in its original, unused condition and reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For returns that qualify for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards and sale items marked as “final sale.”
